Peter Brown has been involved in commercial real estate in Des Moines since 1988. Peter’s clients include some of the largest companies in the city as well as local professional firms, small business owners and family-owned businesses. He advises his clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, in relocations, expansions and contractions. He has been involved in large, corporate build-to-suit projects, as well as the development of raw ground. Peter Brown is a Des Moines native and a graduate of Drake University Law School. He spent 12 years at CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, where he was consistently a top producer. Following that, he spent three years at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where he was involved in site acquisition, development and construction. Since 2003, he has been an independent broker and consultant. |
